REFUND POLICY OF ALLEN Overseas

Dear Students and Parents,

We at Allen would like to inform you that we have a strict NO REFUND / MONEY RETURN / ADMISSION CANCELLATION POLICY regarding all matters of monetary transactions. Once the payment is made, it will not be returned or refunded under any circumstances.  The amount paid is also non-adjustable towards any other existing courses.

We understand that there may be certain circumstances where a refund or cancellation might seem appropriate, but we assure you that we have put in a lot of effort and resources in creating our courses, and we believe that the content provided will meet your expectations.

We apologize for any inconvenience this policy may cause, but we hope that you will understand our position.

Transfer Policy:

Please be advised that transfer to India is not eligible for a refund. If the student relocates to any other GCC Country, their study center will be changed accordingly, and fees will be charged as per the new center allocated to the student. However, this policy is not applicable if the student shifts back to India.

Refund in Special Cases After Course Commencement:

  • The management committee understands the gravity of refund applications based on severe diseases and takes them into consideration once the course commencement date has passed, provided that a medical prescription or report is submitted. In case of mid-session medical issues, the refund amount will be deducted on a pro-rata basis from the total course fees.
  • Should the user require a refund, the final amount is forwarded to the course administrator. All eligible refund requests are usually processed within 90 working days of the initial request.
  • Please note that 15% of the total course fees apart from study material charges, will be deducted as admission process handling charges for all refunds. If a student joins in the middle of the session, they can request a refund within the first 15 days from the day of joining the course. 15% of the total course fee will be deducted as admission process handling charges.
  • If a student is not allocated the Science Stream while moving to Grade 11, the entire fee will be refunded (*Supporting Documents Required for Approval).
  • If a student relocates to any other GCC Country, their study center will be changed, and fees will be charged as per the new center allocated. PLEASE NOTE: This however is not applicable if the student shifts back to India.
  • Please note that changing boards or curriculums will not be applicable for refunds.
