The exam date of any exam is the main focus of discussion among the applicants. Therefore, before applying for any exam, applicants must be aware of the exam date and the last date of application.
National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) is held in two stages, called stages 1 and 2. Where Stage 1 is conducted at State/UTs level, Stage 2 is always held at the National Level. However, Indian students studying abroad can appear directly for Stage 2. So, according to the NCERT, the following are the dates for both stages-
NTSE Stage 1 exam is expected to be held on the first Sunday of November in all states/UTs across the country, except for Nagaland, Mizoram, Meghalaya, and Andaman and Nicobar. There it will be held on the first Saturday of November every year. Students can check the state-wise NTSE exam table below-

NTSE Stage 2 exam is expected to be held on the 2nd Sunday of May in all the States/UTs of the country every year. Students can check the state-wise NTSE exam table below-
