JEE Advanced 2025 Application icon

JEE Advanced 2025 registration takes candidates one step closer to their ultimate destination, admission to the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). For this year, the organizing IIT-Kanpur will begin the registration for JEE (Advanced) 2025 after JEE (Main) 2025 will be released. The form will only be accessible online at their official registration portal from 23 April 2025 to 2 May 2025 and the candidates have to pay the application fee until 5 May 2025 (17:00 IST). The application is only a 4 step process.

Fill Registration Form

  • Candidates must first log in to the JEE (Advanced) 2025 registration portal to start their registrations. To log on, they can do so by entering their JEE (Main) 2025 application number and password.
  • Candidates will have the opportunity to fill out the form with an additional phone number and email address. They can choose up to 8 cities for the exam, as well as provide other important information like their Class XII examination roll number.

Upload Documents

The scanned documents/certificates requested in the registration form must be uploaded by candidates in the format specified by the authorities.

All the following documents need to be uploaded in the PDF format and their suggested sizes are 50KB to 300 KB.

  • Class X or Birth Certificate
  • Class XII (or equivalent) Certificate
  • Category Certificate – Required only for SC /ST /OBC-NCL/GEN-EWS candidates)
  • Additional Category Certificate (Optional) – Only for SC/ ST/ OBC-NCL/ GEN-EWS candidates
  • PwD Certificate – Only for those who have opted for PwD as “Yes”
  • Gazette Notification (in case of name change) (optional) – If the name is not same as in the Class X certificate
  • Scribe Request Letter – Only for those who have opted PwD as “Yes” and Scribe Request Letter as “Yes”
  • Compensatory Time Request Letter – Only for those who have opted PwD as “Yes” and opted for Compensatory Time
  • DS Certificate – Only for those who have opted DS as “Yes”
  • OCI Card/ Foreign Passport or Citizenship – For those whose nationality is OCI or Foreign Certificate
  • For the final test, only candidates who submitted a complete registration form on time will be given an admit card. Incomplete registrations will automatically lead to rejection.

Pay Registration Fee

After completing the registration form, the students will be redirected to the payment page. They’ll have to pay the JEE Advanced  2025 registration fee. The fee can be made online or offline at the candidate’s convenience. The following table shows the category-wise application fees for Indian and Foreign (including OCI/PIO) nationals.
