CBSE to Announce the Class 10th & 12th Board Exam 2023 Dates Soon

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will soon release the exam timetable for Class 10th & 12th board exams 2023. Earlier, CBSE announced the practical exam dates for the winter-bound states and released the Sample Question Papers (SQPs) and Marking Scheme (MS) for classes 10th & 12th. The practical exam for winter-bound areas has been scheduled to be conducted between November 15 and December 14, 2022, while the practical exam for other CBSE-affiliated schools is set to be conducted from January 1, 2023.

In addition, the board is anticipated to soon provide timetables for class 10th & 12th board exam 2023. The timetable will be released along with the exam-day instructions on the official website www.cbse.gov.in. Once released, candidates can download the notification from the official website. It contains information like exam dates, timings, subjects and other general instructions.

Tentatively the class 10th & 12th board exams will be commenced from February 15, 2023. 

This year, the board has decided to conduct a single board exam for classes 10th & 12th. Last year, the board conducted class 10th & 12th examinations in two terms, but since the COVID-19 pandemic has subsided, the board will conduct a single exam. Candidates are also advised to check the released Sample Question Papers (SQPs) and Marking Scheme (MS) from the official website to understand the exam pattern, question type, difficulty level, chapter weightage and marking scheme.
